Some of the best Indian food I've ever had. Great value for money and so so delicious. The menu suggests that the tasting board we ordered 'satisfies the big hunger' and I stand by that. So good!! Highly recommend
A very small place, great for Berlin enthusiasts, the dining area is relatively small, and it gets really loud when the place is full, but it's part of the experience I guess. The prices are quite cheap considering the location (Bezirk Mitte). The soup was perfect (a bit spicy as I like it), and the naan bread is freshly baked. It gets a bit warm inside after a while though and the seats are not quite comfortable.
Really good Indian-Mexican fusion kitchen. Some friend recommended me the place. I came with 0 expectations and the place blew my mind. They serve Indian food with a Mexican twist. They have tacos, pizza style pitas, dip plates, tasty salads and more. Since we were a group of 7 people we decided to take 4 plates from the menu and share everything: best decision ever. The first 2 plates on the menu are a must. Those are the ones with the small dips. Then the salmon tacos are amazing as well. The pita bread picas are not of my taste, but they can work as a starter. The service was quite fast even though the place was packed. We paid 14€ each including the drinks. Really worth it counting that the place is in Mitte (usually more expensive since is the center of the city).
I ordered Delachs, perfect for big hunger. Service was fast and very friendly. Food was fresh, well cooked, full of flavours, colours and texture. Delicious!
Amazing find! Food was affordable and absolutely delicious. Such great variety in a vegetarian menu which is great to see, would love to come back! We got two Thalis, the regular size is a very generous portion and delicious. Also, cheap and good tasting beer, beautiful interiors, friendly staff and quick service. Couldn’t ask for more!
We ordered the maharaja thali and two separate stuffed nans. The food was delicious and flavourful. It gave a good combination of Indian food with a twist. The quantity is sufficient for 2 people to share. Would recommend trying their flatbreads!!
This is my favorite hangover imbiss! I always get the same thing and its their amazing Fish Tacos! It costs around 14 euros, but it is definitely well deserve. Big portion, fresh ingredients and amazing taste. Also comes with a big salad and three very well made sauces on the side, a spicy one, guacamole and sour cream. Must try for sure!
Being a self-order quick place to eat it is not a problem at all to only receive the food once ordered by a friendly server. Food is very decent and tastes fresh. With large enough outside area to sit to not need to sit in more crowded indoor area. I liked the crowdedness, but it's not everyone's style to sit on a bit wobbly chairs and almost elbow to elbow or back to back. I enjoyed my Buddha bowl and would come back.
Very delicious food, good portion size for a very good price. I can absolutely recommend it. We had a burrito, quesadilla and cheese naan, which I can highly recommend.
Very nice spot for veggie food on the Kastanienalleè, this place is one of the few original places that still exists. The food is really tasty, portions are huge and the price is extremely honest. People working there are very friendly and it’s nice to sit outside on a summer evening.
